  • August 2023 to May 2024
  • Minimum 2 training sessions per week
  • Tournament and League play
  • Coaches educated by B1 Methodology (Players first)
  • SAQ sessions by licensed fitness coach included in the practice
  • 2 goalkeeping sessions per week 
  • 3 athletic performance tests per season
  • 2 players evaluation reports (before Christmas and end of the season)
